🚚 Shipping Methods
Currently, we ship exclusively through USPS—reliable, trackable, and peptide-friendly.
FedEx and UPS options are coming soon (hang tight, speed demons).
💸 Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your zip code and the size of your RAD haul. No mystery charges. No unnecessary fluff. Just honest, location-based shipping.
🕒 Processing Times
We pack with precision—and speed.
-Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship out the same day, Monday through Friday.
-Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends ship the next business day. Because even peptides need a break on weekends.
📦 Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on:
- The shipping method you select at checkout
- Your location
- USPS’s general mood (just kidding… sort of)
Typical USPS delivery windows range from 2–7 business days, but faster options will be available soon.

We love our global RAD fam—but for now, we only ship within the U.S.

📬 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your RAD order gets lost in the void or shows up looking like it survived a chemical storm:

- Include your order number and any photos of the damage (if applicable)
- We’ll make it right. Because that’s how we roll.
🏪 Local Pickup (For the Close and Curious)
Live near our lab? Want to pick up your order in person like it’s a secret peptide mission?
Local pickup may be available for customers near our home base.
But please email us at support@labofrad.com before placing your order so we can confirm availability and coordinate the hand-off.
